OK, so you can tell that I’m just a little hooked on Forza Horizon 4. Well my obsession is your gain, because I already showed you how to make quick money banking skill points, plus the intro of how to win at the Forza auction. Well, once you’re a millionaire (in credits) you can take that last bit you learned at auction and turn it up to 11. It’s Vulcan time.
Live Long and Prosper
This one is much simpler than the last round. Just buy Vulcans, specifically the Forza Edition, under, or at least around, 700,000.
Here’s an example of an average bidding screen. Some sellers will toss their Vulcan up for sale with no reserve. Bidding starts really low and you can find some in the 100,000 – 500,000 range. Target these, toss in a quick bid and wait. I look for auctions ending within 5 minutes or so and toss in an early bid. Don’t worry about artificially driving up the price, the prices ALWAYS go up.
Here’s one that I won for 735,000 and two more that I was currently winning. Vulcan Forza Editions are immensely popular and the takeaway here is that most of the “buy out” prices are close to 2,000,000! So buy low, sell low.
Back to Auction
Take these Vulcan’s back to auction with the following:
minimum bid – 700,000
buy out – 963,000
time – 3 to 6 hours (the longer it’s up, the more likely someone will buy it out, like below).
Profit
I typically make 100,000 – 300,000 per auction, mostly because you’ll find people who are more than happy to buy a Vulcan under 1,000,000 CR in Horizon 4. Make your minimum bid 700,000 so you at don’t lose money (credits). I have never had one sell. Although I have a pretty cool design!
