There are a lot of videos out there, but if you’re like me, you ain’t got time for that. So here’s the quick and dirty way to make quick money credits in Forza Horizon 4.
Step 1 – Build up Skills Points. This can be done several ways, but my favorite is by farming skill points. This is totally legal, no glitches, just fast points, and then fast credits.
My favorite is to leverage another user’s custom blueprint map that’s designed for top speed.
First you have to find them. The easiest way is to search their a username in the photo search or in the livery or vinyl search. If you find the user, you can follow them from this screen.
I chose “Mack V Gaming” based on his great YouTube tutorial. Once you have followed him, go to the Blueprint section under the start menu. Search for “friends and followed”, “custom” and “summer” and his race using the “Elsmdon on Sea Sprint” event should come up. Watch the tutorial if you like, but basically use a really fast car and go like hell through the 1-lap race. The competitors suck and you’ll rank up a ton of top speed points. I use the Aston Martin Vulcan Forza Edition, he uses the Maserati MC12 Forza Edition (UPDATE: I use the MC12 FE now too, damn that thing is fast). Make sure you apply some of your skill points to your own car to make sure you max out on skill points.
PRO TIP – go ahead and max out the difficulty, the “drivatars” in this race are idiots so you can ramp it up to “unbeatable” and still trounce them. You can easily get the winning credit percentage to 75% or more, which nets you about 28,000 credits (CR) per race.
If you’re more of a sideways driver, check out a region called Astmoor. It’s a little field on the right half of the map (in the square below). At least in spring and summer, it’s covered in dark green bushes. Get in a car, any car really, but if you have a skill multiplier on it, even better. Go there and just drift around smashing bushes. They keep coming back and it’ll give you a wreckage reward (x6 or more if you keep going) plus the sideways action combo and it’ll just keep going until you stop.
Just don’t hit any cars, but it’s a field, so yeah.
Step 2 – Buy a 1982 Porsche 911 Turbo 3.3
For 150,000 CR you can buy a 911 3.3. Do that now, trust me.
Step 3 – Profit
Sounds innocuous but once you invest 20 skill points, straight up the left side, you’ll get the “gas tank package” which nets you 300,000 CR. So you double your money in a matter of minutes. You might as well grab that extra wheelspin as well. You can do this as many times as you like, you just need to build up those skill points first.
So that’s it. Blasting through all those skill points will help you level up as well, plus you get 28K CR each time you use that blueprint event. It all adds up really quick! Go forth and get money!
