Photographer notes on Flickr: Last night before I went to bed, all I knew was that today would be 1-3″s of snow….turned out to be about 8 inches or so of snow. Joe came through with his Mitsubishi EVO X today to help me get these two photos. I’m pretty sure i have captured the moment, and the “slideways” feeling of drifting a vehicle. Yes we’ve seen drifting shots before, but i think these give you more of a feeling to it than your typical panning shots. As your drifting, you also never get to see what your car looks like from an on lookers perspective, and this is a great way to see it. I’m patting myself on the back for these shots. I had such a great time shooting and editing.
