If you’re into Land Rover’s, you will know that the Defender was discontinued in 2016, and that Land Rover has been promising a new version since then. Well, here it is: it’s been leaked by shedlocktwothousand on Instagram, from the set of the next Bond movie.
Very little is known about the next-gen Defender so far. However, we do know that it will use independent suspension and a unibody chassis, and will generally be softer than the “real” Defender. It will also be sold in the US.
It looks quite different to the original Defender. Some may like it, but personally I think they should have kept the originals styling. Like what Mercedes did with the new G Class. Expect to see the new Defender on the streets of Beverly Hills within the next two years.
