Today I stopped by the 18th Annual Pleasant Valley car show, held in Chantilly, Virginia bringing in all sorts of classics. This year was no exception. The green lawn behind the Pleasant Valley United Methodist Church played host to another great display of automotive history.
The ’69 Camaro is a sought after American icon and this blue SS was no exception. Love the larger wheels, such a great example of a first generation F-body. Next to the Camaro was a beautiful green TR6. Any takers?
This 70’s Corvette with the low offset wheels caught my eye. Check the poke.
And an appearance from the late 40’s in the form of a Chevy coupe? I gotta be honest, I’m really not certain what it is, but it looks great!
No shortage of custom here. Note the suicide doors, chopped top and the slammed ride height.
How about a Saab that you don’t see every day? A clean 1972 Sonett III
What’s a classic car show without a Ford Thunderbird?
Or even a classic motorcycle.
My favorite, saved for last — a Shelby Daytona Coupe. Original? Not a chance, but gorgeous nonetheless.
