Followed the Time Attack group to the middle section known as the W’s. The weather was near perfect, with clouds rolling in late into practice late. Only one known incident at this time involving an unlimited porsche on the upper section. For most competitors, it couldn’t have been a more beautiful way to start Pikes Peak week.
