We stumbled upon this over at autoblog. Up until now, Laguna Seca had been off limits to 125cc karts due to noise regulations however with a new air box and a larger exhaust silencer, these pint-sized racers have managed to squeeze under the 92 dB rule. One racer was kind enough to strap on a video camera for the rest of the world to experience the action.
